Current status
This project is not presented as complete. Architecture and early implementation work are underway, with the first goal being reliable email-based monitoring before expanding into more complex integrations.
Owner contribution
The owner is defining the workflow from years of direct field-service experience, specifying filtering and scheduling behavior, and directing/testing the implementation and deployment approach.
Why it matters to clients
It shows product thinking rooted in a real operational pain point: ingest noisy information, apply rules, preserve useful context, and alert a user only when action is worthwhile.
